Zawadi Media Product Terms

Last updated: October 2026

Zawadi Media is the advertising service of Auduvant Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Product Terms apply when you or your business ("you") advertise with Zawadi Media. They add to the Auduvant Technologies Terms of Use. Where the two differ, these Product Terms apply to Zawadi Media. These also form part of these terms:

  • the Zawadi Media Advertising Policy, which says what ads can and can't contain;
  • the four advertiser commitments you accept at the card check, and the rights confirmation you give for each ad;
  • the Premium subscription terms shown before you buy Premium.

The Zawadi Media Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Disputes are settled by individual arbitration, not in court, as section 15 of the Terms of Use explains.

1. Who can advertise

  • Zawadi Media is for businesses. You must be 18 or older and sign up on behalf of a real business that you are authorized to act for. By creating an account, you accept these terms for that business.
  • You must sign up with an email address at your business's own domain. One business account can be registered for each verified domain.
  • The business details you give us (its registered name and address) must be accurate, and you must keep them up to date.
  • Before ads can run, your business must pass a card check. Nothing is charged. It confirms the business can be identified.
  • You may not open an account to get around a suspension or termination.

2. Advertising is free

Showing ads on Zawadi Media costs nothing. You don't pay per view or per click. In return you accept the four advertiser commitments at the card check, including that anonymous, combined figures from many campaigns may be used in market reports. These figures never identify your business's customers or the people who saw your ads.

3. Your ads

  • You are responsible for your ads and the pages they link to: that they are truthful, that you can back up any claim that needs proof, and that they follow the law, including consumer protection, advertising, privacy and intellectual property law, and our Advertising Policy.
  • You confirm your rights to everything in each ad when you submit it: the image, the words, and any names, logos or people it shows.
  • You keep ownership of your ads. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, review, show and fit your ads into ad spaces (for example, by resizing or cropping images), for as long as the ad runs and for as long as we keep review records. We don't use your ads for any other purpose.
  • Your landing pages are yours. If they collect information from visitors, you are responsible for following the privacy laws that apply to them.

4. Review before ads run

Every ad, and every change to it, is reviewed before it runs. We check it automatically and, when needed, a person checks it too. We aim to finish within eight hours, but we don't guarantee it. We may approve an ad, ask for changes, or turn it down, and we tell you why. Approval means the ad meets our rules as far as our review can tell. It doesn't mean the ad is lawful, and it doesn't move responsibility for the ad to us.

5. Appeals

If we turn an ad down, you can appeal once, from the ad's page in your account, and say why it should run. A person at Zawadi Media looks at it again and we email you the outcome. Our decision on the appeal is final for that version of the ad, but you can change the ad and submit it again.

6. Where and how often ads appear

  • Ads appear in ad spaces on websites chosen by Auduvant Technologies, which today are only our own sites. We decide which ad appears in a space. The choice is shared fairly between advertisers, so a business with many ads doesn't get more space than one with a few. Ads that match the topic of a page are more likely to be shown there.
  • You choose where your ads may be shown: a whole country, or within a distance of a city. City campaigns reach only people whose internet connection appears to be near the city. People whose browsers ask for less data (Global Privacy Control) don't see city campaigns.
  • We don't promise any number of views, clicks, placements or results, or that ads will run at all at a given time. You can set your own daily limit.

7. Measurement and Campaign Intelligence

We count how often your ads are shown, how often they are actually seen (at least half the ad on screen for one second), and how often they are clicked. We leave out traffic we recognize as automated. These figures are our best measurement, not an exact count, and we don't track individual people, so they can't be matched to individual visits. Totals are free. Campaign Intelligence, part of Premium, adds weekly reports. To protect people's privacy, reports don't show figures for very small groups, and comparisons with other businesses are anonymous.

8. Premium

  • Premium costs US$5.00 a month, including any sales tax or VAT, and renews every month until you cancel. Only an owner or admin of the business can buy or manage it.
  • You buy Premium from Link, a Stripe company, which is the seller of record. Link takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and answers payment questions. We never see your card details.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Plan page in your account. Premium stays on until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund part-months, except where the law requires it.
  • If we change the price, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies only from a renewal after that notice.
  • Premium is sold to businesses for business use. The subscription terms shown at checkout apply.

9. Reports, takedowns and copyright

  • Anyone who sees an ad can report it. We look at every report.
  • We may stop any ad at any time, including one we approved, if it breaks these terms, our Advertising Policy or the law, if it puts people at risk, or after a valid copyright notice. We tell you why and how to respond.
  • We handle copyright complaints under our Copyright Policy. If you believe an ad was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice as that policy explains. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

10. Suspension and termination

If you break these terms or our Advertising Policy, we may warn you, require a person to review all your ads, suspend a campaign, suspend your business account or terminate it, depending on how serious and how frequent the problem is. We may act immediately when people's safety, security or the law requires it. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we tell you why. If we terminate a business account, we keep the records needed to enforce that decision, as the Privacy Policy explains.

11. Closing your account

  • An owner can close the business account at any time from Settings. Its ads stop at once and its campaigns end. If Premium is set to renew, cancel it first.
  • You can delete your own sign-in at any time from Settings. If you run a business account alone, it is closed with it.
  • Personal and business details are erased 30 days after closing or deleting. Until then, email us to reopen the account. Records we must keep, such as payment records, are kept as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • Sections 3 (the license, for as long as we keep review records), 10, 12 and 13 continue after an account closes.

12. Responsibility for your ads

You will defend and compensate Auduvant Technologies LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by others because of your ads, your landing pages, or your breaking these terms or the law. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in handling it.

13. Disclaimers, liability and disputes

Sections 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of liability) and 15 (Governing law and disputes) of the Terms of Use apply to Zawadi Media. Because Zawadi Media is used for business, arbitration takes place under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. When you sign up, we record which version you accepted.
