Copyright Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Auduvant Technologies LLC respects copyright and expects the people and businesses who use our services to do the same. This policy explains how to tell us that something on one of our services infringes your copyright, and what happens next, under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. It applies to all our services, including Zawadi Media, Genvium and Korvyn Games, and is part of our Terms of Use.
1. Our designated agent
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:
Ken Mutiso
Auduvant Technologies LLC
2222 W. Grand River Ave, STE A
Okemos, MI 48864
United States
Phone: (517) 630-4555
Email: kmutzo@auduvanttechnologies.com
Our agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, registration number DMCA-1083644.
For a Zawadi Media ad, the quickest way is our online copyright notice form. You can also use the Report flag on the ad itself: its page links to the form with that ad already identified.
Use the agent only for copyright matters. For anything else, write to support@auduvanttechnologies.com, or info@genvium.com for Genvium.
2. What your notice must include
The law requires a notice to include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed (or, for several works, a representative list).
- A description of the material you say infringes, and enough information for us to find it. For an ad, say what it shows or says, the website you saw it on, and when.
- Your name and how to reach you: a postal address or phone number, and an email address if you have one.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If a notice is missing any of these, we may not be able to act on it, and we will tell you what's missing. Knowingly claiming that material infringes when it doesn't can make you liable for damages, including our costs and the other party's (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
3. What happens next
- We review your notice. If it is complete, we promptly remove the material or disable access to it. For a Zawadi Media ad, that means we stop the ad.
- We tell the person or business that posted the material, and send them a copy of your notice, including your name and what you told us, so they can respond.
- We email you when we have acted, or if we can't act.
4. Counter-notices
If material you posted was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send our designated agent a counter-notice. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Auduvant Technologies LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
We send your counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we may put the material back between 10 and 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice.
5. Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of people and businesses who repeatedly infringe copyright. We may also remove material or end an account without a notice if we believe it infringes.
6. Trademarks and other rights
This process is for copyright. If an ad or other content misuses your trademark, name or likeness, write to support@auduvanttechnologies.com and we will look at it under our Advertising Policy and Terms.
7. Your information
We use the information in a notice or counter-notice only to deal with it, which includes sharing it with the other party as described above. We erase the sender's contact details 30 days after the matter is closed and keep a record that it was dealt with, as the Zawadi Media Privacy Policy explains.
