Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Auduvant Technologies LLC ("Auduvant," "we," "our," or "us") handles personal information across our website and our products. It applies to everything we run. Each product also has its own privacy section that adds the details specific to that product:
- Genvium, our startup funding platform: Genvium privacy section
- Zawadi Media, our advertising service: Zawadi Media privacy section
- Korvyn Games, our web games: Korvyn Games privacy section
If a product's section and this policy ever differ, the product's section applies to that product.
At a glance
- We collect only what each product needs to work, and we say exactly what that is in each product's section.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising that follows you across other companies' websites.
- Ads shown by Zawadi Media on our sites use no cookies and build no profiles of the people who see them.
- All personal information we hold is stored in the United States.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
Auduvant Technologies LLC is a software company organized in Michigan, United States. We decide how and why the personal information described in this policy is used. Under data protection laws such as the GDPR, that makes us the "controller."
Privacy questions and requests about Genvium go to info@genvium.com. For Zawadi Media, Korvyn Games, this website, or anything else, write to support@auduvanttechnologies.com.
2. This website (auduvanttechnologies.com)
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
The website is hosted by GitHub (GitHub Pages). Like any web host, GitHub receives technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads the site, and uses it to deliver and secure the site under its own privacy statement. We do not receive or keep that information.
3. How we use information, and our legal reasons
Data protection laws such as the GDPR require a legal reason for each use of personal information. Ours are:
- To provide a product you signed up for (performing our contract with you): running your account, providing features you ask for, and sending messages about your account.
- For our legitimate interests, where they are not outweighed by your rights: keeping our services secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving our products.
- With your consent: for example, website analytics on genvium.com. You can withdraw consent at any time through that site's Privacy Choices link, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
- To meet legal obligations: for example, keeping records the law requires and responding to lawful requests.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (advertising based on your activity across other companies' websites and apps).
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that host and run our products for us, under contracts that let them use the information only to provide their service. Each product's section names the providers it uses.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect people's safety or our legal rights.
- A buyer or successor, if Auduvant or a product is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
5. Where your information is stored
We store and process personal information in the United States, using Google Cloud. If you use our products from outside the US, your information goes to the US, where data protection law may differ from yours. Our agreement with Google Cloud includes its data processing terms, which cover information from the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. If we ever store personal information outside the US, we will update this policy before we do.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Each product's section gives the specific periods. Emails to us are deleted with the account they concern, or, if there is none, within 30 days after we have answered, unless they are part of a legal record we must keep longer.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose
Email info@genvium.com for Genvium, or support@auduvanttechnologies.com for everything else, from the address linked to your account.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you also have the right to receive your information in a portable format, to restrict how we use it, to object to uses based on our legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the data protection authority where you live, work, or think a problem occurred. We will answer your request within one month.
If you are in California
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will answer within 45 days.
If you are in Canada
You have the right to access and correct your personal information. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Other places
Privacy laws in other US states and countries may give you similar rights. We honor requests from everyone, wherever they live, in the same way.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our sites do not track you across other companies' websites, so Do Not Track signals do not change how they work. Zawadi Media treats a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to record only the most basic information about each ad showing, as its privacy section explains.
9. Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Accounts on Genvium and Zawadi Media are for people aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We protect personal information with access limited to the people and systems that need it, encrypted connections, and secrets kept in a managed secret store. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect, by email if you have an account, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
